Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


At Forge, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact (@) getforge (dot) energy with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to resolve it promptly.


For unopened and unused products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Your package was lost in transit (after shipping confirmation and tracking verification).
  • You cancelled the order before it was processed or shipped.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
  • Forge reserves the right to refuse a refund request that does not meet the conditions above.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges on products.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

5. Important Notes

  • We are unable to process returns or refunds for reasons such as personal taste preferences once the product is opened.

  • Orders placed with discount codes or during sales may not be eligible for full refunds unless faulty.
